NEW DRAIN LOCATION ON OUR PUMP FLANGE VALVE

At Calefactio, continuous improvement is the motto that drives us to surpass ourselves, and to offer you the top products on the market. Obviously, none of this would be possible without your precious collaboration and comments. This is why we quickly jumped into solution mode when we noticed the location of the drain on our pump flange wasn’t optimal.

We’re very pleased to announce that we’ve replaced one of the two side pressure gauge ports with a drain to make it easier to get at. You’ll therefore be able to continue the monitoring of your system (Delta P) and system maintenance.

Thanks to our full bore brass ball valves, you save both time and money while reducing the number of unions required. You also avoid the risk of potential leaks. And, when replacing the pump, you’ll be certain no air gets into your system.

Our Delta pump flanges are available for 4 types of connections (NPT, SWEAT, PRESS and F1960), and in 5 sizes (¾”, 1”, 1¼”, 1½”, 2”). They’re suitable for any type of pump, even high-velocity ones, and they’re sold individually, in master packs or in two-packs. Do note that pressure gauges are not included.

Our kits include the following:

  • 1 ΔP valve with drain + 1 pressure gauge port;
  • 1 ΔP valve with 2 pressure gauge ports on either side;
  • 2 seals;
  • 4 nuts & 4 bolts;
  • 4 x 1⁄8″ plugs (installed).
